The Street dumped Broadcom last Thursday with shares sinking 7% at the low. Even after reporting it’s best quarter the company has ever printed. And what soured the Street was the forecast. Shares did bounce on Friday session, but this isn’t a dip buy, it’s a sell the rip. The AI Numbers Are Huge. The Forecast Is Not. Fiscal third quarter revenue came in at $29.6 billion, up 86% from a year ago. AI chip revenue was $16.7 billion, up 221% year over year. 54% from the prior quarter alone.
