No — you cannot buy Waymo stock. Waymo has no ticker of its own because it is not an independent company — it is owned by Alphabet, which is publicly traded.
Buying Alphabet is the only listed way to own a share of Waymo. Alphabet has two share classes: GOOGL carries voting rights, GOOG does not.
Waymo began as the Google self-driving car project and is a subsidiary of Alphabet. It has taken outside investment, but Alphabet retains control.
Waymo would have to be separated from its current owner and listed in its own right. Until that happens, the only way to own any part of it is through the listed parent above.
Be careful with "pre-IPO" share offers. Legitimate pre-IPO stock is generally restricted to employees, existing investors and accredited investors, and unsolicited offers to sell you shares in a private company are a common fraud pattern.
