The fund invests in equity and debt securities of public and private healthcare companies believed by the Fund's Adviser to have potential for above-average growth, and may invest in private companies and other restricted securities, including private investments in public equity and venture capital investments, provided these securities comprise 10% or less of Managed Assets.
